Leading hotel chain Pan Pacific has joined with investors Pacific Star to open the hotel´s first serviced apartments in Thailand at Eight Thonglor, a mixed-use development, comprising condominiums, a shopping complex and 5-star serviced suites in Bangkok´s Thonglor area.
Called the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Bangkok, the apartments follow the launch last year of Eight Thonglor Residences and the pre-launch of Eight shopping complex. The serviced suites will make Eight Thonglor one of Bangkok’s largest mixed-use living developments.
“Pan Pacific will fit perfectly into Eight Thonglor, and will be a great location for long-stay visitors and expatriates,” said Pritpal Singh, country head of Pacific Star. “The brand’s reputation inspires confidence in what will be one of the best serviced suites in Bangkok.”
Featuring 148 suites, the project will be only the second in Asia after the highly successful launch of its flagship property in Singapore last year.
“Pan Pacific Serviced Suites is situated in one of the trendiest locations in Bangkok. We look forward to presenting what will be a distinguished extended-stay hospitality experience to Bangkok”, said Danny Lingham, general manager of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Bangkok.
Scheduled to open by the 4Q of this year, the eight-storey Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Bangkok is owned by the Asian Real Estate Income Fund (a Pacific Star fund that invests in prime commercial and residential real estate in gateway Asian cities) and will be managed by Singapore-listed Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
